ERROR MODIFY TO AMPLIFIER HIC1015, HIC1016 ( REPAIR )


HIC1015 and HIC1016 a hybrid IC is often found in Toshiba brand TVs. Some functions of this IC include:
1. As the error amplifier output voltage to lock the SMPS, this function is most often damaged so that the IC is not able to lock the output voltage of SMPS. Severe damage, B + voltage output can reach up to 160V without controlled / locked. HIC1015 designed for the B + of 115V while HIC1016 designed for 125V output voltage B +.
2. As the gate protection system. Protection to the IC consists of Over Current protection Protection (OCP), Over Voltage Protection (OVP) and protection of EHT / X-ray.
3. Auxiliary voltage stabilizer (9V5), the auxiliary voltage is used by the processing blocks of audio and video.
4. Controller ON / OFF device.


Because the hybrid IC datasheet is hard to find the author here trying to describing the function of each leg of HIC1015 based on one observation Writer Toshiba TV products.
1. Error Amp input also functions as a sensor input over current protection A. This pin is connected directly with the B + output of the SMPS.
