ELECTRONIC WORLD EXPERIENCE

                       MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE ELECTRONIC WORLD

I have passed the vocational school in electronics out of 1999, when I kelas1, I'm  new  basis  learning  electronic  and at kelas2 on I started learning to assemble commissioned to analyze the tape and power amps.
         I learned to assemble tape and ampli own capital is not given by the parents, because at that time my parents live life completely fitting - fitting ,  so to buy the components to assemble does not exist then it  while  my school  I worked in the stone porters away I  live . little by little I learned in order to save money to assembling and repairing electronics





I first learned
  A. assemble tape and amplifier
      material should I prepare
      a. mechanical tape
      b. Head Preamp PCB and its components
      c. Tone control PCB and its components
      d. PCB ampli and its components
      e. 5A transformer CT
      f.  Adapter PCB and its components
      g. Box tape and other accessories ( cable, wire, knobs)



           And even then I bought it in slowly, I went first to the market I bought a transformer and its components to assemble learning adapter / power suplly.
I bought a transformer were offered two types:
1. transformer type singgel / mono
2. transformer type CT

    And each transformer has a different output voltages,
~ Voltage transformer mono : positive and negative ( - , + )
~ Voltage transformer CT: negative, groun and positive ( - , 0 , + )

Then I bought:
- silicon diode 5A
- Elco 1000 micro farad / 50V
- And the PCB board

Then I assemble the adapter CT  voltage for all on tape and amplifier the source voltage ,

When finished assembling the adapter, the next day I returned to the market to buythe other series. Having already collected all the ingredients assembled a newAmplifier Tape and I began to assemble.
The first step:
1. I am installing the components one by one in the head Preamp PCB board,Tonecontrol and amplifier. Remember! do not hurry we must be careful not toincorrectly installed components.
2. When finished installing the components on the PCB I started learning to readschematic diagram of the block so that no one pairs of input / output circuit and theorder is not reversed pairs (+, -) voltage.

1. Shows the red wire to the input voltage of each block
2. Blue and green wires show the input and output of each block

      Method of assembly as follows:
My first pair of input and output cables first.
input amplifier tone control mounted on the output and input tone control mounted
the head preamp output and mic preamp then the preamp input head mounted on the head mechanic at the mic preamp input while mounted on the mic socket.
Before we put the voltage in each block we have to double check what the correctsequence of its pairs.
If we carefully emang we just started its voltage plug one by one for each block.
Having finished all of my new test was successful or not, according to thethoroughness and tidiness we assemble.
Additional ....>
~ If there is buzz / ringing That's less time / ground let's put the gound boxnya
~ Can also be a voltage drop, if possible at the time we try to assemble the adapter using Elco kwlitas nice and micro size that is larger is better.

     Once I learn to assemble yes alhamdulillah succeeded even though there wasa little lack of experience so I tried to like which makes me more great homemadeand perfect.
